Well I hope this year, everybody you send a card to, gives you a "thank you" for doing so.
Sure, I remember those days too. Didn't we have to wait until after 5pm (or 6 or 7) to make long distance calls because then it would be cheaper to do it?
Nowadays through a site online called, "Postable" you can create cards on paper and they mail them out for you, but you do all of it right online. The artwork is already done...you just pick out which cards you like and type in all the information including whatever you want to say inside the card and then pay for it with spastic plastic.
They have coupon codes, too.

Bella, I remember you saying you sent a bunch of Christmas cards out last year at a pretty high cost to you because of the cards plus all the stamps, of course, and you hardly got any thank yous back from your pals and family members you sent them to. What will you do this year? Mail out paper cards again or no?
