Not from UK, sorry, but I did 4skin pumping only for a while but quit because it was too easy to damage the small capillaries. I started inflating instead (pix on my site). There are some great pumpers here, perhaps who'll respond. Sorry I don't recall "names" at the moment, though.

I would love to use my mouth on you as a vacuum pump. I may not be able to make you any bigger but you would sure love the sensation
