We saw each others bodies changing and we did have a close look at each other, i got erect which she enjoyed watching happen, while i looked at her pussy. for years after that when ever i visited her we would still go in the shower and bath together when no one else knew, and of a night time sneak into the other room and strip naked under the covers and just cuddle up and go to sleep

You're not having sex with your sister....then it should not matter if you are not wearing any clothing at all, or if you are wearing red, green, or whatever colors and style instead. As long as you are both comfortable with the arrangement (and it does not bother others around you), then I don't see anything wrong with it.
Some people are just too uptight about it all....
