I have ate 3 small portions already, and have 3 cool whip bowels of it, 2 in the freezer , no need to try to live off it for 2 long, get tired of it,i cook once for several meals worth. Mostly because I hate washing dishes.

I do too. Two days is enough, but, I too make several extra servings and I freeze them

That’s how I cook, usually pasta, stew or chilli. I make a big pot of eight portions of something or a big tray of lasagna and eat it two nights in a row and freeze the rest. I always have two or three choices of dinner in my freezer and if I’m going to eat one I will take it out to the day before to thaw properly in the refrigerator. I very rarely eat in restaurants but I do have pizza about once a month.
I have an album on my Facebook page called dinner for one. One person eight dinners. 👍

Cooking eight meals is not much more difficult than cooking one.
