Years ago I read about real dolls[Google it] . They are life size accurate in detail to a woman, made of silicone. Than I thought what a good idea for a pleasure palace. I can't think of any laws that prohibit people from using a silicone object for their sexual pleasure. I'm sure there are some laws out there. Imagine going to the palace paying for sex with a life like man or woman. I read they can be heated to body temperate with a electric blanket. How many times have you had sex with someone who didn't help with the sex act? I don't know of anyplace like I am suggesting but what a great business opportunity for someone with the resources.
