I don't really swear much in conversation. So when I do swear, there's usually a good reason. "Fuck" gets used a bit for a squllion different reasons, but "cunt" gets dragged out of the vocal toolbox very rarely, and for specific reasons. So it becomes an incredibly powerful word because of it's rarity. I've seen the odd lady almost melt when I've whispered in her ear, "I want to taste your cunt". It's a serious word. Pussies are fun. Cunts are serious. And if I call a man a cunt, it's generally pretty serious too. For different reasons.
For me, it's all about when and how we use the word. I don't abuse it, and I can't think of any other word that carries that much power.

Obviously they have since changed it to Show It Off. I have never felt comfortable using the word cunt, but until,about 6 years ago when I nearly died in recovery after surgery, I have used the word Fuck, and it feels quite comfortable on my tongue, pussy is not right, vagina works for me… cheers

I have to agree. Cunt is an ugly word and an ugly description since is has such a bad connotation. Pussy always seemed like a much softer and more beautiful term.

I first heard the word cunt in elementary school-didn't like it much. But have still never really found a word that describes the beautiful petals like nature of labia and all else that women have in their genital area. And I never tossed the word cunt around much, until I watched Game of Thrones. Wow!

Personally, I feel the term "cunt" can be an either or kind of word. There was only one of my partners that referred to my pussy as a "cunt". When he used that term, I was taken by surprise, I felt dirty but was quite aroused at the same time.

One of these conversations where you are on one side of the fence or the other. I have had women that want me to call their cunt's cunts and others that are offended by that. In my tiny warped brain, the outside area between the legs, maybe up to an inch deep, is a twat. A sexy, unique to women term that doesn't sound clinical. The inside part, the vagina, I think of as a cunt, and the normal habitat of a cock. Sure, it could be penis and vagina, but that sounds like we are going in for an exam, not something to fuck.
