depends on what you call 'puffy' nipples, mine get puffy after a few hours pumping and takes a while to go down.. or are you talking about pubescent puffy, when the nipples first engorge and grow ?? *lix*

I believe that is a condition of their arousal. I have seen this in person but cant say it applies to all women.

I believe that nipples are one thing that are completely random. Have met women with almost no tits but huge long nipples and also women with massive tits but almost np nipples at all.
