Well I'm away at the moment anyways and room-sharing so having a quick wank is not exactly the easiest thing to do.
So, given my current predicament and my need to shift some of my extra weight from the last few years, I'm going to give myself an interesting extra incentive. Over the next six weeks, I'm only going to indulge myself if I've seen a reduction in my weight by at least 3lb.
I'm hoping this will be good for me in two ways - weight loss and more build-up between release. Should be good! |
Remember, you have to eat less and better, get regular exercise, and drink more water. It's not easy, but it's not complicated either.
I like the idea of setting myself a big (and more shareable) target for reaching my overall target though... think that could be a useful motivator.
My friend and roomie has sent me a message saying he's hooked up with some girl and won't be coming back tonight which means I have the room completely to myself.
I stepped on the scale earlier and I'm down 4.5lbs since Saturday...
Part of me wants to keep up the willpower to the end of the holiday, part of me just wants to make a mess of the bathroom sink with every last drop of cum I can muster ahead of the next week and hopefully I'll lose enough to go again when I get home.
Beginning already to wonder whether this is a measure of staying power and a good means of keeping me focused on my diet and exercise or just unnecessary additional torture...
After all, but my own rules if I lose 1 1/2 lb more by next week, I'll have two sessions banked for times of need.
