Build your own. I knew an engineering student guy at university who built a wanking machine. It had an electric motor which worked a crank, with a soft silicone rubber ring that fitted round your dick. The speed and stroke length could be controlled. It could be quite effective used with lube and set to a short slow stroke. As an accessory it had a holder for a feather to tickle your balls or the tip of your cock head. Very nice!
