Well, the holidays are upon us again..

I'll be on and off kind of randomly over the next week so I wanted to make sure an wish you ALL a wonderful (Pick one)

None of the above but thanks anyway...

Being Jewish, I will be celebrating Hanukkah BUT that being said, my MUCH beloved Ramona is Christian so she'll be celebrating Christmas.

Actually, we WILL both be celebrating BOTH so it's a twofer!! Yeah...

Hanukkah starts Sunday night at sundown and I'll be cooking up my typical Hanukkah feast. A lovely brisket, using my mothers old recipe this time, which I JUST happened to come across, TONS of potato pancakes, slathered in sour cream.. Yes, I'm a sour cream type of guy NOT apple sauce.. That's my brother... Along with some other 'stuff'...

We'll light the Hanukkah Menorah, say the proper blessings, in Hebrew of course since I am actually an ex-Yeshiva dude and then..... Well there's all TYPES of games that can be played with a dreidel my friends, all KINDS!!

Then it's ON to Christmas and we'll be hosting Mona's son, his girlfriend and a few other friends Christmas Eve.

I have dinner all planned already. Cornish Game Hens for every one... I already have them in the freezer..

I LOVE to cook and I love this time of year.
