I use a Tens EV-906 with 4 channels (2-channel device is not strong enough).
Then you need any metal anal plug. Anal plug is the best, because you also stimulate the prostate with it.
And the last part you need is a ring at the glans, my ring is self made suitable for my glans. I made it of copper wire and soldered it.
Then connect all minus cable (black) to the butt plug and all plus cable (red) to the glans ring.
You can see a rubber band in the pictures around my cock, thereby I have more stimulation in the testicles.

Ramp: 1 second
On Time: 8 seconds
Off Time: 2 seconds
Pulse Rate: 150 Hz
Pulse Width: 300 µs
