I totally fall in love with ball weight! The ring is 545g, I put two hooks on it and put a bag of sand on, about 1.2kg. It felt like, my scrotum was going to tear off from my body! The ring was pressed on my epididymis causing great pain but still bearable.

I am going to add about 2kg next time. I'll test my limit!
