Yes, it is a cam or meeting site. As host with a free account you have a room and you can invite up to 100 people. When you are online people can join. You can have your room open or locked. When locked you have to let them in or you can refuse. You can be in the room with or without cam and or microphone. There is no list of users online, it is very private.
