These days, my in-city social circle consists almost entirely of people who either are LGBT themselves, or have had LGBT partners. I have had extensive discussions with cross-dressers, with transwomen, with transmen, with non-binary people.

But... I don't "get" sissy boys; I do not understand what motivates them. Other than the ones who are actually transgender and don't want to say that. In some ways it is still socially safer to be a sissy boy than to be a transwoman. And, sometimes, emotionally safer. "I'm not REALLY trans, I'm just in it for fun!"

The reason I created this post was in hopes of allowing or getting some sissy boys to explain and or help us to understand them more than we do now..
