Well today I sized up my top piercing hole from 7mm to 8mm.
That's 0g size piercings. It was a bit uncomfortable but not near as bad as the other size changes I've made to it. Rather than wear a 0g barbell I put in a 1g (7mm) by 1 inch ring.
I'm hoping that stretching a size over will make the ring diameter easier to take for extended wear , even longer.
So far the largest diameter I can find in 0g is 1 inch, but im still looking.
