Yep, it's Hump Day AND the last day of July.... Man this summer is going FAST.... Maybe it's because of my back and the fact that I haven't been able to do SHIT this summer, but it just seems to be slipping away....

Bummer eh?

It seems of late that EVERYTHING I've tried to plan and/or do has just blown up in my face.. Parties, the pool, even going down and house hunting in Florida... All have completely blown up on me....

I am looking forward to a pseudo family reunion in September but part of me is expecting SOMETHING to happen that will preclude my brother and sisters from coming to town.

I got to thinking about it and if it does happen, it will in fact be the first time since my wives funeral that we all have gotten together...

Of course the more I'm looking forward to it, the MORE I know SOMETHING will happen.

OK, enough downer-ness.... That's not like me at ALL..

Hump Day as a term really didn't begin being used until the mid to late 1950's but once it started... well it's really taken off hasn't it? Around here, we'll use ANY excuse to fuck and it being HUMP Day... well that's good enough for Jamie Lee and me...... Mona usually takes something more than just THAT.. Women, go figure eh?

I DO love her though and I do LOVE women but man, they can be a LOT of trouble can't they? Guys are just SOOOO much easier..
