As I've gotten older, I've found that it's becoming more challenging to maintain the same level of performance as I had as a young man. I've seen some guys just give up and let their sex life go as they get old, but I put enough value on this part of my life that I'll do anything I can to hang on to it. One of the things that I can control is how my body works with the right medications. I've had one of my therapists, who gave me acoustic shockwave therapy treatments, suggest that I would benefit from adding nitric oxide boosters to my medication regime. I've tried one that didn't appear to be improving things, but I'm now using an new product on a trial basis, called BloodFlow-7 from Juvenon. It claims improvements in vasodilation and blood circulation that are beneficial to penile erection, and do so with natural ingredients such as L-Argenine and L-Citruline. My main concern has been how nitric oxide boosters might interact with medication such as tadalafil (Cialis) and sidalafil (Viagra). I've chosen, with my doctor's advice, to control my Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (enlarged prostate) using small doses of tadalifil (5 mg daily) on the assumption that I'm not only treating my BPH, but also doing so in a way that won't impair my sexual ability in the way drugs such as FlowMax might. It works extremely well. But, you'll hear it suggested that oral PDE5 treatments such as tadalafil and sidalafil are incompatible with nitric oxide supplements, which could cause low blood pressure. My interpretation of the information I've been able to gather is that they shouldn't be combined indiscriminately, but if the nitric oxide boosters are consumed in the morning and the oral PDE5 inhibitor (tadalafil/Cialis) is consumed in the evening, it can be an acceptable medication regime. This is working well for me.....I would urge you to consult your personal doctor before following my layman's advice. At this point, I seem to have found what works for me.....Morning nitric oxide booster, evening 5 mg Cialis, and bi-weekly 1.25 ml bi-weekly testosterone injections. I can become erect and masturbate successfully multiple times each day and I'm enjoying sex in my seventies, still enjoying an important part of life that some of my friends gave up ten or even twenty years ago.

I found that the nitric oxide supplement I was taking....Juvenon Blood Flow-7......worked quite well. I was feeling generally more aroused through the day and my jerk-off sessions were more satisfying with orgasms that might have been a bit stronger. I had ordered a one month supply to try it, and decided to order another month's supply to confirm my feelings. Unfortunately, when I tried to order a second month's supply, as a one-time order, I discovered that if I placed the second order, I would have unwittingly been committing myself to a continuing subscription and I was unprepared to do that. I emailed the company, told them I wanted to place a one-time order for a second month and they assured me I could do that, but every time I tried, I was, by default, committing myself to a continuing supply. When you're using a credit card to purchase something, it's alarming to think that once a company's got your credit information, it's tough to get it to stop. I regretfully decided that I couldn't take a chance on dealing with Juvenon again.

I do want to continue trying the Nitric Oxide supplements though, so I did some research online and chose a different product to start taking when my month's supply of Juvenon's Blood Flow-7 are finished. I ended up ordering a product from a company called Vibrant through Amazon. This is a powder that I'll be mixing in drink, and a standard dosage per day contains 500 mg L-Arginine, 500 mg L-Arginine AKG, 250 mg L-Citrulline, 250 mg Citrulline Melate 2:1. The L-Arginine and L-Citrulline variants are the principal ingredients in any nitric oxide booster, so I have high expectations that this will work well for me.

Incidentally, if you decide to try the Juvenon Blood Flow-7 product, if you're in the US, you're in luck....You can order it through Amazon, so you wouldn't be faced with the deceptive marketing practices you face directly dealing with Juvenon. Unfortunately, Amazon can't cross-border ship it into Canada, so I've had to look at the alternative I selected.

Whichever way you decide to go, I recommend the nitric oxide supplements....They definitely promote erections and improve the experience when you have a hard-on.
