"Tariff" (definition according to Google):
A tariff is a tax imposed on goods imported from one country to another.
It's essentially a duty or charge levied by a government on imported goods, typically paid by the importer. Tariffs can be expressed as a fixed percentage of the import's value (ad valorem) or as a specific amount per unit of the good (specific tariff).

My definition of "tariff":
It's the "transfer of wealth" FROM "We the [little] People" TO the dictator [in D.C.].
That's my limited understanding of communism.
