I don't know how it occurred to me to measure myself the first time, as I was only 10 or so. But I do remember that first measurement: 4 3/4".

I didn't think to measure again until years later. I believe I was at 5 3/4" then. A dramatic difference from before, but I didn't think much of it.

From then on, I would check back every couple of months. At first I used a 6" plastic ruler (which I still keep in a box of mementos; it has sentimental value, of a sort). And every time, I was 1/8" longer than the previous time. Now I was starting to find this interesting. Although I had no sense of how my size compared to my peers, or to anyone else. And I kept using that ruler until after I had topped it out.

By this point (at 6 1/8") I was in the middle of high school. Once or twice, when I was bored in class, I pulled out a ruler and drew a line as long as my cock was. I kind of marveled at it; it seemed so long!

But I still had a ways to go. My growth journey continued well beyond when most boys stop growing, but that is a different story for a different day. This is where I have ended up: at a maximum measurement of 7 7/8". Quite a thought, that now I tower over that 6" ruler I used when I was younger!

(For measurement sticklers: this is a "bone-pressed" measurement. I think this method is totally legit.)

What about girth, you ask? (Maybe not; but I'll ask for you.) I became curious about my girth measurements long after I started measuring length. The first time doing so, I used a strip of paper that I wrapped around my shaft and then measured. I got a reading of 5 1/8", although I don't know how accurate that was, since it was hard to measure properly.

Later, I started using a tailor's tape measure to check my girth. That measurement went up a little over time, too, to end up at my current 5 5/8". That's at the fattest point, which is a little below my cockhead. At the base it's more like 5 3/8".

I do pretty well against that Kinsey size distribution!
