Circumcised cocks are cleaner. It's a fact that uncircumcised cocks build up bacteria and dead cells under their foreskin which lead to odor and the formation of smegma (head cheese). Foreskins have no odor when freshly washed but a few hours later begin to smell. Because circumcision removes the foreskin these problems are nonexistant.
