Use any graphics/photo program to reduce the size of the pix BEFORE uploading them to your page here. There are free programs on the Web... google is your friend.

Unless people are on your friends list, or are "premium" members, they see your pics shrunk down to a normal size. If you want smaller pics, use a simple photo-edit program - I really like IrfanView - to re-size the pics before you post them here.
