PM issue

I keeps saying I have new PMs when I don't, constantly putting lines across in chat and the green "You have new messages" text remaining on my page no matter what I do.

Anyone else experiencing this?

I find the same thing for some time AFTER I have read new pms. Just an artifact of the program, imho. Try logging out and back in and see if it persists, if it bothers you.
