The best advice about using a penis pump is DO NOT USE ONE!

Number one, they do not work. They can cause a temporary increase in the size of a penis, but the operant word here is TEMPORARY. After a few hours, or at most a few days, the penis returns to its original size.

Number two, they are dangerous. As jamez has correctly pointed out they can cause vascular damage. They can also cause permanent nerve damage resulting in loss of sensativity in the penis.

I guess it's just I feel bigger is better I know not always but for most men it is and a extender device put around head of dick and it stretches it out to full length and just holds it there can be done for long periods at time and no vacuum seal just pulled to full length

First of all, the desire to have a larger penis is almost universal with men, even with men whose penis is considerably larger than most men's (that would include you). So don't feel bad about wanting a bigger dick. Most men do.

I've been a pumper for a long time.. the correct answer to gains is yes and no.


Gains are temporary when I first started pumping my gains only lasted about 4-5 hours but as I continued pumping my gains last about 2 days and I retain a little girth on the 3rd day but most of it is gone.


You will gain minimal length however the girth gain is quite impressive. My main reason for pumping is for the increased sensitivity and the fact that pumping almost always makes me cum.


If you decide to pump do as much research as possible it is possible to severely damage your penis. Talk to other pumpers get some tips and any pumper with a brain will always give you the same warning to be careful and not just start pumping it up.

Penis Pumps can cause vascular damage to your penis if over used. There has been no studies affirming penis size enhancement from Penis Pumps.
