| Just an observation that today, March 21st is the equinox whereby the sun is directly overhead at the equator and all places have equal day and night times.
It also means that the long, hot, lazy, crazy days of the Northern hemisphere summer have begun but here in the Southern hemisphere, that strange, esoteric and unexplored contra-rotating other half of the world our long bitterly cold winter begins.
So while you Northern hemispherians bask in the warmth, spare a thought for we freezing Antipodeans.
Aussie greetings.

The second day of Spring in Michigan is very, very windy. It's 23 degrees Fahrenheit ( -5 degrees Celsius ) and the beautiful swans were sitting atop the ice in St. John's Marsh. Tell me again how cold it is in Oz........
