i recently looked at one of my gallery shots and noticed that in the general overview it had 7 comments but none when viewed individually.
why is this?

I think it's because after a long time being on there ... comments get deleted over time to make more room on the database here ! I had the same thing happen to mine too as I have been a member since July 2009
