OMG, what sad and shocking news to hear that the wonderful comic entertainer, scriptwriter and composer and performer of comic songs, Victoria Wood, has passed away, one month short of her 63rd birthday. The word "unique", like many others in the English language these days, is often used glibly but in Victoria's case it is used correctly. She will be very sorely missed. A UNIQUE talent has been sadly taken from us.
