I'd say it's young but definitely not a unique case. Personally I started puberty sometime during my 5th grade school year which would make me 10-11 I don't remember exactly. I do know that during summer vacation between 5th & 6th grade I already had a pretty full bush, my armpit hair was just starting to sprout and I shot my first load. It's VERY young, but not unheard of.

I guess I started at age 13. That's when my dick grew to man size, and it happened very quickly, within a couple of months. For a long time having a big dick and being able to climax and shoot jizz were the only signs. Pubic hair growth didn't happen until a couple of years later. Even then I didn't get very much very quickly.

When I started high school at age 14, showers after gym class and swimming class which was done nude were interesting. Most of the other boys had at least some pubic hair, but there I was with my skinny, hairless boy body and my man size dick.
