What is 'normal'? Is it size, shape, uncluttered, no obvious abnormalities?

Or, is it intended that the title covers average? Even that can be variable depending on ethnicity or geographical area of domicile.

Perhaps there should be a sub-section for 'above average' There used to be one for Small, but I do not see that anymore.
