Mine usually doesn't retract all the way. Most of the time some of the foreskin hides the lower part of my head (i.e its' not fully exposed). However there's been a couple of times where i was so horny and had such a hard-on that it was fully peeled back. Image is me usually.

My foreskin doesn't fully retract unless I'm completely hard. I find that often, when I go to see the nurse for my injections, I pull my pants down so she can see my cock.
