I wouldn't take it as an insult. Unless you have a history with them. Or they have little kids. Otherwise it may not have been related.

I have a different thing with my neighbors. I was naked all the time in my hottub, but this spring my neighbors behind me put up a couple cameras on their roofline that is pointing back towards their back yard, but also into my yard. they have a ranch so my fence always blocked their view into my yard.

I used to have fun in my yard for years. I live on hilside and my one neighbor is lower than me/opposite side it higher. My lower neighbors are horrible people. (Not personal thing; they objectively are both morally and legally) I used to get a kick out of pissing over my low fence and into their yard and pool when they weren't home. I even had fun trying to shoot my cum into their pool too, heheh.

But those days are over with the cameras behind me. Even just using my hottub naked is done now. So be happy you have MORE privacy now instead of less.
