Try wrapping the roll on each end with a couple wraps of TP. It makes the hole tighter and saves a lot of cuts. What can I say about safe sex....

Supposedly a US roll of toilet paper is roughly the length and girth of an average penis. For example, too snug and you're above avg girth, or if you can't come out the other side then you're below avg length
