I did my first piercing when in middle school, I just held the area with hemostats just enough that it went numb but not crushed then pierced it. It's that easy, plus it's satisfying to have done it yourself

I agree with jjimbo. Unless you have gone through piercing training and know a lot about anatomy, DO NOT pierce your own cock. If you mess up you could permanently make your cock useless/lose your cock/or in worst case kill yourself. Let a professional do your piercing.
