Personally I never used viagra at all, but generics work. Generic drug is simply a drug identified by its chemical name rather than its brand name.

Where I live (which is not U.S.) generics are sold in farmacy stores openly. It's the patent law what does not allow selling them in U.S. freely.

Some dishonest internet vendors, however, sell fake or low quality drugs claimed to be generics that obviously do not work as well as originals or at all. But the one I promote here I promote for 3 years already and I guess it would be long dead if it was the case.
