A kid in junior high gym class told me I had big nuts when I was changing in the locker room one day, way back in the dark ages of the mid 1970s.
He was a year or two older than me and had a glandular condition that prevented him from hitting puberty, so he still looked like an 9 year old boy. He was all of 4 and a half feet tall and still had a baby dick and balls. I kind of felt sorry for him.
It was weird. When he turned 16, his parents bought him a car and when he drove it, he looked like a 10 year old behind the wheel. I heard later he was in some sort of hormone therapy to kickstart his puberty. Never found out if it worked or not.
