I found when I did it that it was uncomforable at the begining but in a few minutes it began to feel good to have lots of weight hung from my balls. It added pressure to the tight sac and it would feel great as I JO. As it got close I would stop and just let the weight hang b4 starting up again.
Yes after a while I needed to remove that weight because it got too much. But the more times I did it the longer I could keep it hanging.
Also I tried to rotate or pull up and let the weight drop a bit. Lots of fun things to do if it is something you think will be fun.
One guy I talked with here would hang as heavy a weight as he could stand each time and then have his wife kneel in front and suck him off. They tried to add more weight each time and see how fast or slow she could make him come.
Each set of balls is its own thing so try new things and then do what you like!!!
