I'm going to say sometime around age 11 or 12. I remember stripping nude, getting an erection, and then admiring it in the bathroom mirror after that age. I was still not very tall then, and that made my dick look bigger proportionately than it does now, now that I'm quite taller.

When I was young, around 8 years when I started jerking off all the time, I was bigger than most of the guys I knew. There was a point where they started to catch up, but I found between 18 and 22 years, I grew a bit more to my maximum around 7" inches. Sadly, things leveled off at that point but stayed the same till I was around forty, when I started noticing I was only getting to just over 6 inches. AS the years passed, I diminished a bit and as I got to be older, I've found that I'm between 5 and 6 inches except under really exceptional circumstances. I'd love to be a full 7 inches again all the time.

I would say by 16 I was full size and remember that because I would make out with girls and we all know what thsts like for us guys at 13-16 and how we all cant control our erections. One reason it's interesting is that you got penis growth so late, at 22. Mine grew to adult size when I was 13. When I started high school two months shy of my 14th birthday and I began seeing other boys' dicks on a regular basis in the showers after gym class, mine was bigger than most. But I didn't have any pubic hair. So there I was with my skinny, hairless boy body with a man size dick. You mentioned it was awkward in locker rooms because of your small size, in my case it was lack of hair. Most other boys had at least some, and many had impressive pubic bushes. I was sometimes kidded about that, but never about my dick size. Even when hair did begin to grow, I didn't get very much very quickly.

I'd say I was between six and seven inches. (That's hard.) Not monster size, but bigger than most, even by adult standards. And of course on a skinny hairless 13 year old it looked really big. It seems like when I was a boy to a pre teen ... My thing was always rather small. However that's what we all thought. Meaning that we always grew up thinking ours were too small but in reality we are mostly average size. Sure there are ones that are extremely tiny while some are hung really well.

Mine has always been on the small side. Right now I'm about 4 inches hard and barely an inch soft. I remember when I was growing up both my younger cousins were way bigger than me.
