Go to xhamster and look for a link to setting up a "Creator" account. It's a bit complicated.

There are different ways to get money there. Basic by ad-revenues, doing several cents/day/vid. You can also sell the vid or earn something with live-shows.

It's not too complicated. Of course you can only upload your own and verified content.
