how do you post your pics to someones page

I had a request to post a pic onto their page and I don't know how to do it...any help?

They have to do it themselves. They can download your pic by a right click on the mouse when their cursor is on your pic. They should then choose the "save" option. They can change the first part of the file name, but should leave the ".jpg" part. Then they simply upload the saved pic to their page.
