I was the last among my friends to grow pubic hair. In high school there was only a couple than didnt have it. I was fully developed in size since about11 or 12 but just no pubes. Show size wise i was ahead of most of my friends. Many thought i probaly kept it shaved. If I remember correctly I started getting pubic hair about age 12 and at first I was embarrassed about it especially in the showers after school sport when we all first started to notice each other's sex kit. Interesting. For me, pubic hair growth was the LAST stage of puberty. The first sign was that my dick got bigger. A LOT bigger and really quickly. Almost overnight it went from boy size to man size and this happened sometime before I entered high school at age 14.

In the showers after gym class most of the others had at least some hair and some had quite a bit. And there I was with my skinny, hairless boy body and a man size dick. Interesting how different our puberty progression can be.
