So far it really stretches, seems to work. It’s called the mantor.

And quite comfortable when don’t over stretch and undetectable when you wear it. I also have the leg attachment but haven’t used it yet. I wear it anywhere between 1.5 to 4 hrs at a time before taking a 10-15 break before wearing it again. I wear it in jeans and summer shorts when I do my 20km walk which is about 4 hrs almost every day.

I bought one that is similar but you have to have a fair amount of extra skin for it to work. I don’t have enough extra skin.

I was cut extremely tight, I started with manual hand stretching and taping method. I was cut so tight, the skin between glans and cut would stretch so much on erections the skin would split open and bleed, this happened for years, close to a decade before I started stretching manually by hand.
