A fairly recent discover of mine. As a kid my mother's vacuum hose attachment was too small diameter and I never thought to look for adaptors. I stumbled across a video that showed a guy's head fluttering violently inside a clear tube and I driven to find a way to try it. After a handful of trips to various hardware stores I finally found the right diameter for just enough air to pass by and cause this flutter effect. Mind blowing!
