It seems like the trend now is for members who are seeking verification, to write a blog and wait for it to happen.
Surely, they have read about "verification" and admin's handy-dandy suggestion about making it happen. Hey, you, the member who is seeking verification, do you think admin's guidelines are to difficult and/or time consuming? If you want something bad enough, you're going to work harder to get it, that's just my thought.

As per our exchanges: it gets you no particular benefits. So: no matter how simple the process is, you only care about it IF you care about whether other strangers on the Internet believe you're "real".

That's the caveat that admin should add to the verification process! All members that seek and obtain verification, will automatically have their screen name changed to their birth name at no additional cost in points to them.

No, I would pay exactly the minimum I could, legally and ethically. He used fraud, that has been clear for the last ten years. The laws say he doesn't have to pay taxes, BECAUSE HIS BUSINESSES ARE FAILING!
Still, those laws only exist for people like Trump. If your small business fails, they just take everything you have and you would still be paying more taxes than Trump.
I'm not saying rich people need to pay more than the law demands, I'm saying you are a fool for voting for the party that allowed the rich people to pay so little and the normal people to pay so much more.

It's clear that his childhood was not very happy. His father treated him poorly and later Trump returned the favor by forcing him out of hundreds of millions of dollars, screwing the rest of the family.
It's clear his wife doesn't love him, and I doubt even his children do.
Trump just ran for president to promote his brand. Then he used his presidency to enrich himself and his family. It's clear he doesn't like the job of managing the country, he just likes people cheering for him. The rest of the time he's miserable. I'm sure he regrets ever running for president, but now he just needs to keep on going, to keep away the banks and the IRS.

At least for a year now. I'm not sure was it your rant or of someone from your group. But I'm quite sure I made it after someone complained that "Angel" is turning blacklist off to leave insulting comments and then turning it on so that members can't respond.
Skittles used to do that. He would send inappropriate gifts then he would block them. He even bragged about it. Bella! lied. A few days ago Countrycouple54 unband me then he couldn't ban me again. I offered to ban him for 48 hours and explained the situation in BELLA'S thread. (I did and unbanned him Monday) Many members complained about Skittles and I guess you listened. Thank you.

Yes, I'm a bit surprised. Huxley is well read, smart and analytical, I didn't realize he could enjoy 30 to 60 minutes of nonsense. Sometimes I think he's like the character, Sheldon, in the Big Bang Theory.

I have been hesitant to discuss that matter on this site for obvious reasons. That being said, let's just put it this way. They have produced and released an "Original Movie" exclusively for Netflix subscribers, The movie depicts young girls (10-12 years old) in HIGHLY sexually suggestive ways. In my opinion, it's very dangerous to encourage young girls to behave like that. Also my opinion, it's fairly close to softcore porn. The producers and parents should be arrested. After seeing numerous clips, I had to take a shower because I felt so dirty. It's disgusting! Not much of a surprise it has French origins

Sorta. Our (The British Empire) two biggest terrestrial channels are the BBC and ITV. Britbox is their joint venture to host their old stuff, boxsets etc. and to put out stuff like this new "Spitting Image" series.
I'm not hooked into it yet, but I believe it's free (for now, anyway!).

Roku charges about $5/month to stream Britbox. I"ve had the service for just under 2 yrs. They have good content from BBC originals to regular TV. They also have different genders. My only complaint is that they don't add more content fast enough.
