This is the letter that retired coronel Jeffrey Powers wrote to the NFL COMMISSIONER. He too is entitled to his views however, he seems to have forgotten why his fellow soldiers gave up their lives. As a reminder, they did to protect the Constitution. I say the Coronel is deficient in his views. I wonder what he would have said if the players taking a knee were white.
