Is anybody else having difficulty loading pics and sending private pics to friends? Everything else seems OK but I've just tried to send some private pics and the site keeps cutting out. But when I sent a message on a person's page just now, that went through as did my comments on some of the recent pics. I hope this is just a glitch.

I received a private message from another member because of a forum thread that [s]he found distasteful, the title of the thread is "sex with mother". My message read in part;

"..... member xpenish has started a thread in the forum that I think is totally inappropriate. Without sounding too much like the past member from OZ that you often clashed with, I think this crap talking about **** needs to be looked at."

Honestly, I'm not really certain what admin's position is about forum threads on this subject matter is. Do you feel that opening a discussion about "sex with mother" is egregious enough to have your profile deleted OR perhaps instituting a ban on the member posting in public places?

I would like to hear your opinions.

Admin does not monitor your posts. Admin does not care about what you or any other member do here as long as it does not cause trouble. If admin sees your posts and replies to them it's just by coincidence, he was checking something else. If you want admin's opinion, you should ask him in private message.

Admin does not think that discussing something prohibited by law is il1egal unless it's also prohibited by law explicitly. For example, killing people is il1egal, discussing methods of killing people is not. Discussing how you killed someone is just plain stupid, though, and will likely end you in jail. Admin does not censor topics or words by his own will, censorship of certain words is made to comply with payment processing association regulations.

If it were just for me I would allow you to talk any shit you want here. How you fucked your br0ther, your father, your dog or your pet monkey.

However, if a person talks things that are il1egal and is fixed on them too much and provoke other people to say things they may be investigated for, I consider such person dangerous for the site and it's members and therefore often ban them. I'm not against healthy discussion of such things, however. Again, as long as it does not contradict regulations I have to comply with.

Also, admin is curious how people like you go to toilet without someone guiding them by their hand. You require endless instructions and explanations like you totally lack any common sense. People like you are a cornerstone of a totalitarian socialism. Which I suppose you will soon have in USA, because there are more and more people like you in the society. Probably something wrong with US educational system...

Has anyone noticed the change made that involves "blacklisting"?

If another member blacklists you, you are unable to view their page yet they have the freedom and luxury of viewing yours. I sent a message to admin asking about this and the response I received was that I should blacklist them in return.

Isn't that weak thinking, blacklist someone because they blacklist you? I've been blacklisted by members that I have never interacted with,but I have been advised that I have many "enemies". But I say enemiers, smenemies! I don't like to think of them as enemies, just people who don't like me for some reason or another.

Why even offer "NEGATIVE" gifts if you're not able to send them to the special someone who has blacklisted you? Actually, I have done the reverse, I have sent "GOOD" gifts to members that have blacklisted me, some members keep the gifts, some members destroy the gifts AND SOME members have unblacklisted me. Taking away my ability to "communicate" whether positively or negatively with those who have blacklisted me, has closed my avenue of communicationfor and I am not happy about that. Apparently, there have been numerous requests made (by who knows who), to do this. Maybe this will satisfy the nonpaying member(s) that have blacklisted others because they're too old or because they don't like the way another members penis looks. Believe me, there is someone who does this and has blacklisted more than 200 members.

Yep I think this blacklisting is a potty thing to . I was blacklisted by a member for putting a funny reply to one of there forum posts . Now I can't apologize to them . Or make amends and sort the problem out amicably . I can send them a smilly gift . but not say sorry . All that happens if you blacklist the person in turn is he/she cant see you . Thats all .

I was blacklisted by someone a few days ago - all I did was look at his page - next thing I knew he had blacklisted me. I found out because after that he looked at my page, and when I looked him up, I got the blacklist message. Was really pissed off, so I'm afraid I blacklisted him too. I was blacklisted last week by a member I don't even know. Never even heard of her. I just happened to click on her pic that was on the top banner and noticed she had blacklisted us. I tried to view her page and like you said, I couldn't even see who she was. I agree that it should go back to the old way. My wife and I have never blacklisted anyone. And I don't want to be forced into doing so.

Yes I've noticed this to recently and don't like it. I have people that have blacklisted me for whatever reason yet they regularly visit my page still. If they don't want me talking to them anymore they shouldn't be able to view my page either. I'm fine with not being able to view their page. You know what, K315? I think YOU "hit the nail on the head", so to speak. In essence, admin did it backwards, if someone blacklists you, they should no longer have access to your page and by the nature of their action, should also NOT BE ABLE to view your page as well! Like a double blackout!

I saw something tonight that makes my head shake back and forth. There is a SYD member who has blacklisted more than 1,000 members! That's just CRAZY! I still feel that 1) there should be a cost to blacklist another member because it would make the blacklisters think twice before they blacklist another. And 2) that the "blacklist" only lasts for a certain period of time (maybe 6 months) and the blacklist is lifted.

Yes, traumatic brain injury or possible death is enough to convince me to wear a helmet.

I saw the most peculiar thing this weekend, it was an adult male operating the motorcycle and not wearing a helmet and a chĦld rider, probably under the age of 10 years old, sitting behind, wearing a helmet. Now I'm sure that there must be laws that regulate that a chĦld on a motorcycle must wear a helmet but it would seem to me, that this sends mixed messages.

I'm not advocating not using helmets, but I read study once, that told that in case of serious accidents, as for example when you fly over and hit a road with your face, you have more chance to die while wearing helmet - you are likely to break your spine where it attaches to your head which means instant death or paralysis for the rest of your life. When not wearing helmet - you will probably lose your skin, your teeth and some of your facial bone structure, but you have more chances to do not break your spine.

However, it was long time ago and may be modern helmets are different in this aspect.

The only difference is that it's against the law to not buckle up and go without your seat belt. If you're caught driving without, there's a ticket and a hefty fine.

Wearing or not wearing a helmet when you're operating or riding on a motorcycle is a choice. Having that choice, I wondered how members felt.

Some states though in the U.S. it is their state law that you MUST wear a helmet. I always wear my lid no matter what. I am rather fond of my knoggin & prefer to keep it in tact! Odds of surviving a head injury wearing a helmet are greater than without.

I live in Michigan and apparently Michigan and Florida are 2 states where you are not required to wear a helmet. The caveat being you must carry medical insurance.

In the UK, helmets like seatbelts are a legal requirement - not a choice. Whatever the issue with wearing a helmet, I would rather be wearing one than not when I came off.

It would be odd for that particular member to have returned. He went out of his way to trash SYD, its members and Admin on another site. He explained, in quite a lot of (incorrect) detail, how much he despised everything about this site.

Here's a quote from a rant he posted in July of last year:
"The Admin on this site is a manipulator and has multiple accounts on his own site where he says he is against multiple accounts even the so called unmoderated chat is moderated by his fake accounts.
