I've looked into selling used panties, and have been considering doing it myself... Apparently skidmarks cost extra. Most pages I've checked charge an extra 10-15 dollars for what's called "raunchy butt smell"...

Yeah I think I got one to not too long ago too.

It's amazing for us older members here, that at one time the only way to find anything was the yellow pages. Now, we have our phones, internet, and even say what we want to do into the phone and boom it's there. I still remember having to look through those yellow pages, or try to find some guy's number.

Now printed phone books, have white pages, Yellow Pages, Blue Pages, pink pages. I say forget it, it just look it up on your phone. You can find any publicly listed phone number on whitepages.com

Again our prayers go out to the victims and families that were effected in the California shooting. My concern is not if the shooting was done by a Muslim again. There are a good number of televangelists and I'm sure that there a regular "clergy" who live a darn good life. This particular priest was said to have earned approximately 30 k annually, which doesn't sound like much, but if he is not paying for a dwelling, utilities, food, etc., that is a decent amount of money to meet miscellaneous personal needs.

Just want to say up front we are not racist and this is not coming from us. But has anyone seen the hype all month long about the new TV movie "The Wiz". It's a remake of the Wizard of Oz with all black characters. The controversy going on is not that it's being remade with all black characters, but that they have used a white dog for ToTo instead of the original black dog. Some are saying this was the directors way to discriminate. What are your thoughts and views?

Just thinking about it, I know that there was a film adaptation in the 70's called The Wiz, that featured Michael Jackson and Diana Ross. I'm almost certain that The Wizard of Oz aka The Wiz was also adapted for Broadway.

It opened on Broadway in 1975--three years before the movie with Ross and Jackson--and won seven Tony awards (including Best Musical).
The original intent behind the production was to create an "urbanized" retelling of The Wizard of Oz.
The Wiz was among the first big budget Broadway musical productions featuring an all black cast.
Productions of The Wiz have been done world-wide.

Sadly, Terry, the Cairn Terrier who played Toto (the "original black dog") in the movie adaptation of The Wizard of Oz was not available for the new production of The Wiz because she DIED on September 1, 1945. It would have been way too creepy to animate her corpse for this new TV production.

Interestingly, perhaps because people were less idiotic back then, no controversy was raised over the fact that Terry was a FEMALE dog playing the role of a MALE pooch.

If there is any controversy, it was created by the same morons who are always "race baiting" in the media.

The controversy is coming from local news as well as some shows like Entertainment Tonight and TMZ. Not sure how the local news is up in northern states. But our news down here in South Florida is just like Tabloid TV. Was just wondering if this rumor was being heard anywhere else but here. We don't watch the news or Taboid TV. I actually heard it on a local morning radio show.

I'm a WDIV, channel 4 an NBC affiliate, news watcher and I can't say that I've ever heard anything that could be construed as racial or insensitive relating to The Wiz. Heck, if any station was going to "test the waters", it might have been channel 4....I think it was 2 years ago that Lauren Podell was transitioning from the morning spot of reporting weather and traffic to reporting real news, on the street. Her cameramen was ready to roll, she had a "hot microphone" but was apparently not ready and accidentally said "FU@K!#$!#" on air. Interestingly, she was not suspended or fired.

As for the REAL meteorologists reporting in the Metropolitan Detroit area, Chuck Gadica, the WDIV, channel 4 meteorologist, left after he received his theology degree to pursue his calling to minister. Dave Rexroth ( sounds like a porn name ), the channel 7, WXYZ, ABC affiliate, was away and recuperating for a number of months, after he blew his eye out in an unfortunate accident involving fireworks.

So, what does everyone think about the new holiday Starbucks cups? I mean it's a pretty Cup, being all bright red. However, it seems kind of plain. It seems to me, that it wouldn't hurt to put some snowflakes or a snowman or something on it. And Dunkin Donuts cup is decorated. Not too fancy, just a little something. The Starbucks cup just seem too plain. I guess what really matters is what is inside the cup. I've talked to alot of people who prefer Dunkin Donuts Coffee over Starbucks. It's all what you prefer.

Wow! I just saw a segment on GMA about an 8 year old with a rare form of breast cancer, secretory carcinoma. Secretory carcinoma accounts for less than 0.15% of breast cancers, it's incredibly rare.

The family is no stranger to cancer, the mother is a cervical breast cancer survivor and the father was diagnosed with non hodgkin lymphoma.
