Bragg has based his case around former Trump attorney Michael Cohen, who testified he made the payment at Trump's behest and was reimbursed through the Trump campaign.
Trump has repeatedly denied allegations of an affair and knowledge of any payment made to Daniels, and Daniels signed a statement in 2018 saying the affair never happened.

I must admit,that attempt at a relationship that was 95% dealing with a sick dopehead and 5% couldn't let me rest for wanting it twice a day didn't help any.
Although most people would be in hog heaven fucking for a little while, and fussing and arguing and crying and etc for the rest of the time ,i wasn't. And it was not just my situaton ,I see it in most relationships, they fight and fuss and then it's "makeup sex" and then they fight and fuss and repeat .That is not a healthy way to live.
I was so wobble legged sometimes on monday mornings I had to sleep in and use my cane just to get around the house after she wore me out on sundays. But you can rest asured, she was on the phone bitchin' ,pissin and moaning about something by 10 am monday. I didn't say I luv you enough or I didn't cook the steaks right or etc.
I can't sit here and say 6 years of that and a year of trying to help her recover after her 3rd suicide attempt doesn't play any part in how i feel. I would be a bald face liar if I did.
