For all to be equal, first, all have to have the exact same intelligence level, as in IQ. IF not, how can you and I be same if your IQ is 40 points higher than mine?
Second, we have to have the exact same education. if not, how can we all be qualified for the same job?

You don’t have to have the same education. A chemist can flip burgers as well as a president elect. However, that is not the “equality” generally referred to. You know well that blacks and Latins don’t have the same chances in everyday life that white, Anglo-Saxon, Protestants enjoy.
