This afternoon I heard my cat screaming out. I opened the door to see what the hell was going on. There was the prick that lives next door to me beating the hell out of my cat. There are many ways to meditation. It's kind of like day dreaming but much deeper. Make sure you practice controlling your breathing. Sometimes when I can't fall a sleep I will take long slow deep breaths. That may not work for you because every one is different but it's worth a try or two. all so there are classes that help you . When I took a marshal arts class they show you and will spend time doing it. It was part of the class. I have rambled on to much all ready. I hope you can get this Snafu in your life put behind you.
