Yes, I know, many religious leaders have nothing to do with the religion. It's always been the case. Alas, religions are not against those who are against them, not even their leaders.
But nobody speaks about these things. Neither the religious people, nor the non religious ones. So, from the point of view of orthodoxy, as expressed by the thousands of bishops and priests, Putin is a veritable orthodox Christian.

Best i can tell, he would need to do what my mothers side of the family did with the family farm. Put it in a trust. With all family members names on it.1 person or 2 persons die, nothing changes except those names come off the trust.

He has a vision that has made his company great and has served his employees very well. They have been growing their own capabilities, to a point that they would normally have left, but he keeps them associated with the company, because he allows them a lot of freedom and doesn't take ownership of everything they create. He shares the value.
"If the shareholders disagree, then they can make an argument that I was not acting in their best interest, they can push me out and then the can sit and wallow in their own filth, with no vision now..."
He even sees the exact same problem with an employee ownership plan, which is the closest to socialism possible. His employees wouldn't be able to afford their share, because the estimated worth of his company would have a big multiplier over the current worth, because he grew so fast. And if he gives his employees their share, the taxes would be ridiculously high, because of the same multiplier on the company's worth.
The current economy is just completely fine-tuned for capitalism and stacked against any self-desired socialism. The best thing he can do at the moment is not die.
The nearest solution that may work would be for him to sell that company to a younger person or group so it will be sustainable longer. Then start another company.starting and builing up companys may be the better route for him .
But if the company has shares owned by stock holders,the soul is owned already. no bringing it back.
There is unfortunately no way to run a company with absolute freedom to do as you please, without having complete ownership. But I do think it's good that a company cannot just be inherited by the next of kin, without inheritance taxes. He is exceptional in his progressive ideas and maybe that's lost if he dies, but companies getting passed on from heir to heir, within a bloodline, creates a sort of lordship that is even more damaging to society. Besides, there is no certainty that the next owners would do a worse job of managing the company, than the heirs.
Why would children have the (full) right to ownership inheritance, rather than the employees. Employees actually helped build the company, children are just lucky if their parents own something worth inheriting. Capitalism gives people ownership, that they didn't work a day for in their lives and gives power to people who don't have the qualifications for to use wisely. Socialism could give ownership and power to the people who actually worked in that company.
