3. As a moderator the defendant has to allow all types of comments and not delete any.

4. Defendant only allowed comments that were favorable to him and deleted remarks he didn't like because of his political views.

1. The member/defendant #610414 has violated the rule 404 section 2B and states as follows; No members shall protect any convicted felons charged with a state felony.

2. The evidence shows the defendant is showing pictures of Woody58 a/k/a Charlie on her page. This is also a violation of rule 404. Section 2C states as follows; No convicted felons shall not display their pictures.

4. This Court denounces any convicted felons being protected by another member.
